Examines the principles, frameworks, and tools used to manage projects across organizations. Explores how projects are initiated, planned, executed, monitored, and closed using widely recognized project management methodologies. Topics include project scope definition, work breakdown structures, scheduling and critical path analysis, resource and cost management, stakeholder communication, and project management software tools. Prerequisite: Upper division standing or instructor consent
