Program evaluation and assessment enables non-profit organizations to better understand and optimize the services they provide to children, youth, and families. Through lecture, discussion, and case studies, students learn the principles and methods of evaluation, with special attention to underlying ethical issues and cultural competencies. Prerequisite(s): CHAD 60 or CHAD 70.
