Analysis of unsteady chemical processes with emphasis on kinetics of reaction and application of fundamental principles to the design and operation of commercial reactors. Prerequisite(s): Complete the ChE Sophomore and Junior Core courses (CHE 115, CHE 151, CHE 160A, CHE 162, CHE 190) with a grade of C- or better in each and a minimum GPA of 2.0 in these courses. ENGR 100W with a grade of C or better. Discussion 2 hours/ Lab 3 hours.
