ANTHROP 3027: Disasters & Health

This class will help students understand the causes of disasters, how humans respond, its relationship to health and well-being. Likewise, how we can appropriately prevent and respond to disasters. Students will examine the causes of disasters from hazards such as earthquakes, volcano eruptions and climate change related events such as hurricanes.
