CHFD 6205: Integrated Instructional Applications in Child and Family Development

Focuses on the integration of planning, implementing, and assessing instructional and environmental strategies for young children of differing abilities and their families across community settings. Students develop and apply knowledge of varied children's needs by planning and implementing lessons that align to state standards and edTPA competencies in developmental domains and academic content designed to meet the individual needs of all young children and their families. Additionally, students analyze child outcome data and make instructional decisions for subsequent planning. This is a clinical intensive course requiring extensive classroom experience.
