Execution of original research study that addresses the solution to an urban educational problem in curriculum, teaching, learning, or leadership. Section information text: Authorization is required. All candidates who have not completed the dissertation proposal defense and who are seeking dissertation hours are expected to enroll in this section. 100% online course delivered using Canvas and Zoom. Class orientation on August 19, 2026, from 4-5:30 PM. Weekly dissertation writing group required. Alternative days and times for dissertation writing groups will be available through the Center for Graduate Life and the Writing Resource Center. Doctoral candidates are strongly encouraged to attend at least one dissertation writing group. Students seeking six dissertation credit hours should enroll in this section as well as in EDCI 8999-092.
