Metabolic, physiological, and psychological determinants and effects of disordered dietary behaviors. Disorders in regulation of food intake, case studies, and different intervention approaches explored. Screening and treatment of disordered eating in athletes emphasized. Opportunities provided to develop counseling strategies. Prerequisite: NUFS 008.
